According to plans, specifications speci-fications and profiles on file in the city recorder's office and to defray the abutter's portion to the cost and expenses thereof by special assessment upon the lots and pieces of ground to be affected af-fected or benefited by such improvements, to be assessed according to front feet, situated on the North side of West Maple Street from approximately 200 West to approximately 350 West Streets and on the East side of South Center Street from approximately ap-proximately 55 South to approximately ap-proximately 100 South. Estimated costs are as follows: $2.65 per running foot of curb and gutter, $1.60 per running run-ning foot of four foot wide sidewalk, and $2.00 per running iuui iot unveways. All protests or objections to such improvements or the carrying out of such intention must be in writing, signed by the owners of the property affected or benefited: Describing the same, together with the number of front feet and filed with the City Recorder on or before the 6th day of August, 1973: The City Council, at its first regular meeting thereafter, to-wit, on the 7th day of August, 1973, will consider the proposed levy, and hear and consider such protests and objections to said improvement im-provement as shall have been made. This good looking guy who seems to be trying to decide how it feels to be a whole year old is Jerry Kay Jordan, son of Mr. and Mrs. Elliott (JoLynn) Jordan, of this city.
