The young couple will be married earlier that evening at the church. Miss Webb is a student at the Springville High School and plans to complete her schooling next year. She was a member of the county rodeo club. Prospective groom is a graduate of Juab High School and Seminary. He was a member of the 4-H, FFA and Nebo Riding Club. Weight of this city announce the engagement and forthcoming marriage of their daughter Evelyn to Lyle R. Freeman of Ririe, Idaho. Mr. Freeman is the son of Ralph H. Freeman and the late Donna Freeman. The couple have selected June 25 for their marriage date in the Salt Lake Temple. A garden reception will honor the newlyweds at the home of the bride's grandmother's home, 1064 East 400 South, from 8 to 10 p.m. that same evening. The couple will make their home in Ririe. The bride-to-be is a graduate of the Springville High School and Seminary and LDS Seminary. She just completed a year at Ricks College where she was a member of Valkaryees, a service club, and participated in AWS. Prospective groom graduated from Ririe High School and is a four year Seminary graduate. He completed one semester at Ricks College and is presently employed with his father on their ranch in Idaho. Class of 1961 plans reunion Members of the Springville High School class of 1961 will hold a two-day reunion June 11 and 12. Friday at 6 p.m. at the Lions Fireplace at Kelly's an outing for the entire family of each graduate is planned. Bring own lunch and all the family for an enjoyable, get-acquainted time. Saturday at 7 p.m. members and partners will meet at 7 p.m. for dinner and a program at the high school cafeteria. This is in charge of committeemen: Leon and Judy Tipton Bleggi, Gena Palfreyman Harness, Keith and Barbara Huntington Sumsion, and Leland M. Bird. Reservations Reser-vations should be made through these persons, if not already made. Saturday morning there will be a golf tournament for members at the Hobble Creek Golf Course. Mrs. Erma Hansen has just returned home after a month's stay at Glacier Bay, Alaska. She. went with Ronald and Beulah Backus and children. They traveled by car to Prince Rupert then by ferry to Juneau and flew from there to Glacier Bay Lodge. She reports that the country there is most beautiful. She flew over the glaciers and also took a boat tour up to the glaciers through the icebergs. She returned home by plane. The Backus' will remain there for ; the summer. Xr ' f : 7 J Mr. and Mrs. Charles Turner from Denver, Colo, were here over the weekend, house guests of Mr. and Mrs. Reed Johnson. Mr. and Mrs. Calvin Johnson and family were here the past week, houseguests of Mr. and Mrs. Rolan Senior. They came especially to see their son graduate from BYU Friday. Clark received his BA degree in Business Management. They have returned to their home in Burley, Idaho. HAM SALAD WITH DILL DRESSING DRESSING: 1 cup dairy sour cream Vi cup chili sauce V cup chopped sweet pickles 1 tablespoon lemon juice teaspoon dill weed SALAD: 1 can (1 lb.) sliced potatoes 1 package (9 oz.) frozen artichoke hearts 1 pound fully-cooked ham Salad greens To i prepare dressing: In a small bowl combine sour ' cream, chili sauce, pickles, lemon juice and dill weed. Set aside Vs cup of dressing; cover and refrigerate remaining re-maining dressing. To prepare salad: Drain potatoes well, add the Va cup dressing and toss lightly. Cover and refrigerate re-frigerate at least 1 hour. Meanwhile, cook artichoke hearts according to package directions; drain and chill. Just before serving, cut ham into Vi -inch cubes.
