Five judges selected for annual Miss Springville Contest June 3 Five judges have been named to choose Miss Springville at the Miss Springville pageant planned for June 3 at the high school. She will have two attendants at-tendants selected to reign with her for Art City Days, June 10, 11, and 12 and throughout the summer at parades and activities ac-tivities of neighboring cities. Here to do the judging will be Mr. and Mrs. Gary C. Harold-sen, Harold-sen, Dan Wakefield, Mabel Blayney, and Courtney Leish-man Leish-man all out of town judges. Mr. Haroldsen is assistant in student personnel, dean of students at the BYU. Originally from Arlington, Va., he has a Masters Degree in counseling, is interested in dramatics and has appeared in several productions on the BYU campus and has written several plays and articles. ar-ticles. Mrs. Haroldsen is originally from Boise, Idaho, is a Y Elementary Education graduate, is a pianist, has assisted in several TV productions in Boise. She is the granddaughter jof former Salt Lake City mayor, Earl J. Glade. Mr. Wakefield, Provo, is an insurance agent and also a cattleman. Mabel Blayney is from Lake Havasu, Arizona, is a retired English teacher who has done some writing which has been published and has directed many plays. Mr. Leishman is prominently known as a former coach at BY High School and is now coaching the Freshman basketball teams at the BYU. He is a Utah State graduate. He obtained his Masters from BYU. He resides in Provo. Gary C.
