Mr. Rowe G roes beck of the high school faculty fac-ulty gave the lecture on International Interna-tional Relations, which he Illustrated Illus-trated with a, fine collection of picture and maps, collected for this particular program. Much of the discussion was about South America. . A vocal solo was given by Barbara Harnett, accompanied by Virginia Loveless. Mrs. Gladys Wilson was program chairman and President Ethel Page presided at the meeting. The Story of the Opera, with opera music, will be presented on Feb. 2L . The Utah Delta Chapter, Beta Sigha Phi sorority, held an initiation initia-tion party Wednesday night at the home of their aodal director, Mrs. Gladys Winters. Miss Inez Ott, sorority vice president, was in charge of the formal initiation and conducted the ritual for Mrs. Lucile Lu-cile Curtis Magelby of Spanish Fork, who will serve as educational education-al director of the sorority. Bridge was played during the remainder of the evening, and prizes were awarded to Inez Ott and Norma Jonea. Refreshments were served and a Valentine motif was used for the appointments. A baby girl was born to Mr. and Mr. Glenn Berge on February 1, at the Payson city hospital. The mother was formerly Miss Beulah Manson, and it is their first child. During : :': -" I if I !
