The fete . was held in the home of her 'daughter and son-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. Roy learner. . Xf ' . i Minnie Swenson Spalding was orn ' Dec. 4, 1868, at Randers, Denmark, a daughter of Gustavus and Christine Swenson. At the age of four she came to America with her parents, converts to the LOS ' church. The family first made their home in Payson, later moving to Prove L '.Mrs.. Spalding was married to Thomas Utting Spalding in Salt Lake City, Nov. 29, 1892. They lived in Salt Lake City for several 1 rears, and lived for some time n Stockton and Eureka before ?I moving to Provo. In 1912 the fam- iy movca io v ineyaru. i Mr. Spalding died in 1929. They were the parents of five children, Harold and Ed Spalding, Vineyard; Vine-yard; Thomas F. Spalding and . Constance S. Warner, Provo, and t David Spalding, Mt Pleasant. 7 There are 16 grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
