Card Party at Catholic Hall The cubic is invited to a card party Tuesday evening at 8:30 o'clock at the Catholic church hall. This is the la.-t of a serl'as of card parties, and a special prize will be given in addition to the regular bridge and 500 favors. Luncheon will be served. Mrs. Ida Sheeley is chairman on arrangements. Mrs. Frank Hebdon, and Mrs. Charles George have the ticket:; in charge, the cards and prizes will be arranged by Mrs. A. Reesha and Mrs. B. Abraham, and the refreshments are m charge of Mrs Clarence Smith and Mrs. I. Bray. Working overtime to see that everything goes off in tip-top shape, the committee now announces an-nounces that all plans have been completed for the annual formal oanquet of the B. Y. U. Faculty Women's organization (for the partners), an event of Monday evening at 7 o'clock at the State hospital ballroom. The program will border on the humorous side, and in addition to musical numbers and a floor show under the direction of O. Meredith Wilson, master of ceremonies, there will be shown an old time movie, a B. W. Griffith production produc-tion of 1915, entitled: "Intolerance." "Intoler-ance." There is no doubt but that this latcer feature will add much to the mirth of the crowd. The coniittee comprises: Prof. and Mrs. Karl Young, Mr. and Mrs. Ariel Ballif, Dr. and Mrs. A. C. Retiring Primary Officers Honored A Christmas party was held at the home of Mrs. Edith Spalding Spald-ing in Vineyard Friday afternoon, by the Primary officers and teachers of the ward, in honor of Mrs. Idyll Toone, Mrs. Vanza Ash and Mrs. Oriel G. Clegg, retiring officers. The rooms were cheery with Christmas decorations. Gaines were played and Santa favors given. Christmas pompoms were made for the children's Christmas Christ-mas party. The long table was gay with flowers and tapers, in keeping-with keeping-with the Christmas colors. Miss Belva Menzies won the first prize, and Mrs. Max Zabriskle, the traveling award. Plans were discussed for the club party to be held December 23.
