National Emission Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants (NESHAP) and Maximum Achievable Control Technology (MACT) regulations do not apply to this source. Title V of the 1990 Clean Air Act applies to this source. This minor source does not require a Title V operating oper-ating permit. The source has limitations limi-tations that are established estab-lished in the Intent to Approve. Visible emissions emis-sions are controlled by opacity standards set in the ITA.
