I was his corporate corpo-rate executive chef at 20 Cosmo Place, in the financial district of downtown San Francisco. Trader was a rugged, no-nonsense, down-to-earth guy who knew what he liked, and the following recipe was one of his favorites. So whatever we can do to retain quality with the time we have gets my vote. Chicken Cosmo is a quick, easy and delicious way to show your loved ones that you care. This recipe serves 3-4 3-4 people. You can whip it up in about 30 minutes and enjoy A TASTE OF SUCCESS. The chef appreciates your comments.
