C Vernal Express injection of fluid (water or brine) produced during conventional oil or natural natu-ral gas production, and it may be commingled with waste water from gas plants which are an integral part of production produc-tion operations unless that water is classified as a hazardous waste at the time of injection. A Draft Permit has been prepared in accordance accor-dance with provisions of the Safe Drinking Water Act (SDWA) as amended amend-ed (42 USC et seq) and other lawful standards and regulations. The EPA has made a preliminary determination that all underground sources of drinking water will be protected. The Permit will be issued for the life of the well unless modified modi-fied or terminated. This Permit, once issued, will authorize the conversion of a non-injection non-injection well to an injec- c c c C tion well and its operation opera-tion as an injection well. Operation of the well w ill be governed by the requirements and conditions con-ditions specified in the Permit. PUBLIC COMMENTS The requirements and conditions of the Draft Permit are tentative, and are open to comment from any interested party. Little Brush Creek Cave currently holds the record as Utah's longest at nearly six miles. It is joined by numerous other caves in the area, which swallow torrents of spring runoff and are known for fascinating ice crystal formations, multi-colored flow stones, towering caverns and beautiful, hidden waterfalls. APPEALS Within thirty (30) days after a Final Permit decision deci-sion has been issued, any person who filed comments com-ments on the Draft Permit or who participated in a public hearing may petition peti-tion the Administrator to review the final decision. Any person who failed to file comments or failed to participate in the public pub-lic hearing may petition for administrative review only to the extent of the changes from the Draft to the Final Permit decision.
