(Not pictured), Jaclyn lJiJ ' I- 1 It Jennifer Gilroy and Aimi Boren; (front row, left to Gines, Aubrey Young and Rocky Searle. 110 horses entered in open horse show The third annual Uintah County Fair 4-H and Open Horse Show, Aug. 3, at the Western Park outdoor arena, had over 110 horses entered in classes which ranged from the traditional halter classes to the crowd favorite costume class. The show included an open show combined with a 4-H show. Events from the 4-H show included a written writ-ten test, Showmanship at Halter, Western Horsemanship, Reining, Key Race, Barrels and Pole Bending. Winning high point in the 8 and under age group was Jeremy Conetah, reserve high point went to Jesse Nash and third runner-up was Alissa Vincent. In the 9-11 age group, Jaclyn Gines was awarded high point with Mollie Morris taking tak-ing reserve and Aubry Young placing plac-ing third runner-up. In the 12-13 age division, Jennifer Gilroy won high point with Amanda Caldwell taking reserve and Aimi Boren winning win-ning third runner-up. In the last 4-H division, 14-18, Kathy Shull won high point, Milton Buker won reserve re-serve high point and Rocky Searle won third runner-up. In the 8 and under age group Jeremy Conetah won high point and Jesse Nash won reserve. In the 9-11 division, Jaclyn Gines received re-ceived high point with Aubry Young winning reserve. In the 12-13 12-13 age group, Jennifer Gilroy won high point and aimi boren won reserve. re-serve. In the 14-18 division, Kathy Shull won high point and Heather Hobbs won reserve. In the adult age group, Kathy Lesh won high point and Brett Sabey won reserve. The halter classes, which are judges on a horses conformation, were awarded a directors chair for Champion Stallion, Mare and Gelding, and the reserve in each group received a liberty silver dollar dol-lar and a certificate. Grand Champion Stallion was awarded to I'm Tuff to Impress owned by Allen Ogden, reserve champion stallion was Mister Sonny Can, owned by Lance and Dusty Slaugh. Grand Champion Mare was Hancocks Jewel, owned by Tammara Vincent, reserve mare was Double Trouble, owned by Chris Ylincheta.
