Show Wednesdoy, March 13, 1985 Vemfll ExpffiSS 25 Bowlers nab meet titles The Vernal Men's Bowling Association held its first annual awards banquet, recently at the Dinaland Country Club. Fifty-eight members attended the banquet. First place team winners are the Beer Wolves with a score of 3170. Members of the team are Glen Yar-brough, Yar-brough, Gregg Shipman, Doyle At-wood, At-wood, Kelly Jones and Jerry McLeland. Ron Baker won the all events scratch troph with a score of 1790. , Randy Gilbert bowled the highest scratch game at 265. He also gained the all events handicap title at 1994. David and Robert Kay placed first in the doubles at 1378. First place in the singles was won by Jackie Ray at 776. He also rolled the highest scratch series in the tournament tour-nament at 641. This year's City Tournament, Tour-nament, which was held at Dinah Bowl and Utes Lanes, was the largest ever with entries of 55 teams, 100 111 l ' -IS VH?- ... - . - .
