Show SA-20 The Park Record Sat/Sun/MbiJnfuesrNbvember 1-4, 2008 HT BEFORE YOU VOTE A ST VRTY TICKET BECOME INFOF (see www.oursummitcounty.org) • Before you vote a straight party ticket ask currant commissioners why they won't disclose the full secret map, the Coyle report and an accurate accounting of TDR public assets? • If there is nothing to hide, why won't you disclose these three simple documents at a specific location for public review? • Will the County tell us whether they have ever applied political pressure to get a District Court judge rotated out of the area who was ruling against the County? • If public TDR assets were sold for open space acquisition and they received fair market value, show the public the appraisal before the TDR assets were sold in 2006? • If there is nothing to hide, surely you have a fair market appraisal before you sold the public's TDR assets? • Why does a third party have to disclose that the County lost millions of dollars on TDR's and infra-structure to a developer? • If there is nothing to hide, surely County officials will give the public details about these losses? • Will the three candidates who may be involved in TDR issues talk about it? • This is not a lawsuit being fought in the press. This is a home owner who is part of the community, tired of dirty air and Los Angeles style traffic in my neighborhood created by TDR's. I am convinced that members of our community deserve to know. I applaud the creators of oursummitcounty.org who are disclosing this information, (www.oursummitc6untv.ora) (Attorney Greg S. Ericksen) |
