Show Lorna May S. Peterson Loma May Swenson Peterson, 73, died peacefully May 24, 1991 of complications from heart surgery. She was born May 8, 1918 in Manhattan, New York Visitor Center. Survived by her husband Louis, Salt Lake City; son, L. Eugene Peterson, Peter-son, Clearfield; daughters, Maureen Barlow, Oceanside, Calif.; and Karen Coykendall, Commerce City, Colo.; 19 grandchildren, 24 great- grandchildren, grand-children, three brothers Lavoir Swenson, Swen-son, Bountiful; Alan Swenson, Nibley, and Dale Swenson, Salt Lake City; two sisters, Carma Forsberg, Bountiful; and Rita Krebs, North Logan; preceded in death by a brother Carl Swenson, Tooele. Also survived by many spouses, nieces and nephews. Funeral services were held May 29 in the Layton 20th Ward Chapel. Interment in the Smithfield City Cemetery. Nibley, Utah, daughter of OHe and Margaret Swenson. She n am 2d Louis S. Peterson June 24, 1936 in the Logan LDS Temple. She was a member of the LDS Church and held many callings including nine years as a temple worker in the Logan and Ogden Temples. She served with her husband hus-band as a missionary in the |
