Show Drama Cats prevail auditorium. Bring the whole family to hear some sweet sounds! By KIM WOODBURY A great big congratulations to the amazing Woods Cross Drama Department! They are the region Champions for the eighth year in a row! Speaking metaphorically, Woods Cross knocked the oppo-j oppo-j nents down and stomped on their i faces until they were wallowing in j their own pitiful blood. To put it in nicer terms. Woods Cross received a nearly perfect score and blew the competition out of the dramatic water. In fact, so many people received superior ratings and qualified for State that if I listed them all, you j would have to stop periodically and ! rest your eyes because the list would be so long. The State competition com-petition is this weekend at West. Break a leg, Drama 'Cats!! The elections for junior and senior class officers are occurring during this week. It really takes a ton o' guts to run and put it all on the line, and all the candidates deserve de-serve a ton o' applause. A ton o good luck is wished to everyone who is running. Monday night there will be an Instrumental In-strumental Music Concert in the i fCat IChafgP) The cheerleaders for the 1991-1992 1991-1992 school year have been chosen. They are: Natalie Duncan, Ashley Forsyth, Aimee Jividen, Jolie Jamison, Karen Knight, Kim Kristensen, Sara Larsen, Amy Lil-jenquist, Lil-jenquist, Jenny McBride, Sheriden Mordue, Megan Ostroski, Tricia Peck, Mara Robinson, Melissa Swensen, Lisa Turner and Vicky Wood. Congratulations to all of these lovely ladies! The Wildcat of the Week is Carrie Wilde. When asked what her favorite thing about WX was, Carrie responded, ' Everything. ' ' (Since every aspect of our school is so incredible, it is hard to just pick one thing.) In her spare time, Carrie likes to play basketball and go shopping, especially at Nordstrom.
