Show NOTICE OF TRUSTEE'S SALE Our File No. 1902-22 Loan No. 1137817 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on the 17th day of April, 1991, at the hour of 10:00 a.m., at the main entrance of the Davis County Courthouse, Farmington, Farm-ington, Utah, the undersigned, Michael A. Katz. as Successor Trustee, acting pursuant to the power of sale conferred in that Trust Deed executed by Ernest C. Van Bibber and Laura Jean Van Bibber, as Trustors, with Mountain States Mortgage Center, Beneficiary, and recorded in the office of the Davis County Recorder on December 30, 1986, as Entry No.766610, in Book 1133. at page 1468, will sell ai public auction to the highest bidder, the interest inter-est conveyed to the Trustee by said Trust Deed in and to the property therein mentioned and described, located at 1347 Hillsboro Drive, Layton, Utah, and being more particularly par-ticularly described as follows: All of Lot 7, RIDGE VIEW PARK SUBDIVISION, layton City, Davis County, Utah, according ac-cording to the official plat thereof. Purchase price payable at the time and place of sale in lawful money of the United States.
