Show NOTICE OF DEFAULT NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN: That KAY M. LEWIS, a member of the Utah State Bar, is Successor Trustee under a Deed of Trust dated March 9, 1987, executed by T.K., INC., as Trustors, to secure certain obligations in favor of TRACY-COLLINS BANK & TRUST as Original Beneficiary and West One Bank, Utah, Successor Beneficiary, recorded in Book 1164 at Page 806 as Entry No. 0784679 of official offi-cial records in the office of the County Recorder of Davis County, Utah, describing land therein as: Beginning at a point South 0 degrees 1654" East 252.12 feet along the Quarter Section line and South 89 degrees 49'04" East 910.80 feet and North 0 degrees 16'54" West 108.10 feet and North 89 degrees 43'06" East 91.9 feet from the center of Section 35, Township 2 North, Range 1 West, Salt Lake Meridian, and running thence North 0 degrees 16'54'West 100.0 feet; thence North 89 degrees 43'06" East 108.90 feet; thence North 0 degrees 16'54" East 26.17 feet; thence South 89 degrees 49'04" East 50.0 feet; thence South 0 degrees 1654" East 784.61 feet; thence South 89 degrees 4306" West 155.0 feet; thence North 0 degrees 16'54" West 217.81 feet; thence South 89 degrees 43 '06" West 95.0 feet; thence North 0 degrees 1654" West 116.20 feet; thence North 89 degrees 4306" East 200.0 feet; thence North 0 degrees 1654" West 326.72 feet, more or less, to a point which is North Nor-th 89 degrees 43'06" East 108.1 feet from the point of beginning; thence South 89 degrees 43'06" West 108.1 feet to the point of beginning. Said obligations include a note for theprincipal sum of $125,000.00 The beneficial interest under such Deed and the obligations secured thereby are now owned by West One Bank, Utah. A breach of and default in the obligations for which such Deed is secured has occurred in that payment has not been made as follows: Installments due June 25, 1990, through and including November 25, 1990, in the sum of $1,000.00 plus interest per month TOTAL AMOUNT DUE $6,000.00 plus interest By reason of such default, Kay M Lewis, as Trustee and West One Bank, Utah, as Beneficiary, under said Deed of Trust hereby declare all sums secured thereby immediately due and payable and has elected and hereby elect to cause the trust property proper-ty to be sold to satisfy the obligations secured thereby.
