Show Pearl Ware Davis ' Pearl Rebecca Ware Davis, 89, died Thursday, Oct. 1 1, 1990 in West Jordan from complications of pneumonia. She was bom April 13, 1901 in Downey, Idaho, a daughter of Daniel and Edith Dianna Bloxham Ware. She married Edwin Ed-win Franklin Davis, April 13, 1918 in the Sail Lake LDS Temple. Tem-ple. He died May 6. 1 964. f I X J - r r ' - x years as Primary president in Downey and organist for the ward and for the Portneuf Stake Relief Society. She served as president of Downey Elementary PTA for many years. She was known for her love of flowers and her devoted service to family and friends. She is survived by daughter Marian E. Denney and husband Edgar L. of Salt Lake; son E. Reese Davis and wife Cliss of South Jordan; son D. Dale Davis and wife Jeannine of Downey, Idaho; daughter Carol D. Jones and husband J. Blair Jones of Bountiful; sister Edna E. Lundgren, Shelly, Idaho; and 16 grandchildren, . 47 great-grandchildren, 1 4 great-great-grandchildren, plus numerous nieces and nephews. Funeral services were held Oct. 15, in the Downey, Idaho LDS Ward chapel. Interment in the Downey, Idaho cemetery. She and her husband operated the Davis Dairy and Cleaners and the Marsh Valley Peat Company in Downey from 1948-1964. Her son Dale continued the peat operation for her until 1989.
