Leslie W. Orr KAYSVILLE Leslie Wayne Orr, 87, died Saturday, May 26, 1990 in Ogden. He was born Aug. 8, 1902 in Clarissa, Minn., a son of Ralph and Mabel Abbie In galls Orr. He married Blanch Marguerite Ehlen Oct 16, 1926, in Long Prairie, Minn. She died Dec. 31, 1976. Married Fern Ruth Bell, March 1, 1978 in Kaysville. He was reared on a farm in Clarissa, Minn. Received a B.S. degree from the University of Minnesota, Min-nesota, Class of 1927 and his M.S. degree in forestry from the University Univer-sity of Michigan. Worked as an entomologist with the U.S. Dept of Agriculture, U.S. Forest Service and retired in 1964 as Chief of Forest Insect Research at the Southern Forest Experiment Station in New Orleans. He moved to Kaysville to enjoy his retirement. Member of the Clearfield Community Com-munity Church. Surviving are his wife of Ogden; one son and one daughter, Wayne E. Orr, Springfield, Ore.; Mary O. Garr, Fruit Heights; four grandchildren grand-children and two greatgrandchildren, great-grandchildren, seven brothers and sisters. Graveside services were held Tuesday, May 29, at the Kaysville City Cemetery. Funeral directors, Lindquist's Kaysville Mortuary.
