Show w Edith Curtis Olsen BOUNTIFUl-Edith Curtis Olsen, 69, passed away April 29, 1990 of leukemia at the University of Utah Hospital. She was bom Dec. 1, 1920 in Redmond, Utah to Semon and Fuchsia May Parkin Jensen, the third of nine children. Edith graduated from North Sevier High School in 1939. LJ Harold C. Olsen. He died Oct. 1, 1988. Edith was a member and past officer offi-cer of Beta Sigma Phi Sorority. She enjoyed arts and crafts, such as ceramics ce-ramics and pottery and received several awards. Survived by three children and their spouses, Ell wood E. and Janice Curtis; Marsha and Vernon Parker; Angela and Dennis Wright; nine grandchildren: Casey and Melissa Curtis; Lyle, Darren, Todd, Maria, Shauna and David Parker; and Andrea An-drea Wright; five sisters, Christy Adams, May Wilson, Marge Holly, Helen Tripp and Ruth Johansen; a brother, Lowell Jensen. Preceded in death by a sister, Mrs. Jenny Oliver. Funeral services were held May 2 at the Lindquist's Bountiful Chapel. Interment was in the Bountiful City Cemetery. Married to E. Ellwood Curtis June 9, 1939, they had three children, Ellwood "Woody," Marsha and Angela. The marriage was solemnized solemniz-ed in the Manti LDS Temple June 9, 1950. She was widowed Jan. 5, 1977. Retired from the Internal Revenue Service. Remarried Jan. 26, 1980 to |
