Show NOTICE OF TRUSTEE'S SALE The following described property will be sold at public auction to the highest bidder on the 4th day of April, 1990, at 10:00 a.m. at the north main door of the Davis County courthouse located at 50 East State Street, Farmington, Farm-ington, Davis County, Utah, for the purpose of foreclosing a Trust Deed executed ex-ecuted by Geary M. Weyburn and Diana K. Weyburn, as Trustor, in favor of Utah Housing Finance Agency, as Beneficiary, which Trust Deed was recorded September 15, 1977 as Entry No. 472943, in 3ook 668, at Page 755, of the official records of the Davis County Recorder, covering real property proper-ty located at 883 Amethyst Street, Layton, in Davis County, State of Utah 84041, and more particularly described as follows: All of Lot 390, DIAMOND HILLS NO. 3 SUBDIVISION, a subdivision of part of Section 21, Township 4 North, Range 1 West, Salt Lake Meridian, in the City of Layton, Davis County, Utah, according to the official plat thereof. Notice of Default was recorded November 20, 1989 as Entry No. 875541, in Book 1323, at Page 628, of said official records. Successor Trustee will sell at public pub-lic auction to the highest bidder, in cash, payable in lawful money of the United States, at the time of Sale, without warranty as to title, possession, posses-sion, or encumbrances, the above-described above-described property, for the purpose of paying obligations secured by said Trust Deed, including without limitation limi-tation fees, charges, and expenses Successor Trustee, and advances, if any, under the terms of said Trust Deed.
