Show Valley View Elementary students will present a musical program during which they will attempt to convince the audience au-dience that they "can make a difference." The program will be presented March 22. 'We can make a difference' musical set at Valley View The students at Valley View Elementary School will present a musical program, "We Can Make a Difference," at Viewmont High School Auditorium, Thursday, March 22 at 7 p.m. The program will include all 450 students at the school and is sponsored spon-sored by the PTA. The theme, presented through song, dance and narration, focuses on ways that each individual can make a difference in the world. The program includes such songs as "The Hope of America," "Put" a Little Love in Your Heart," "A New Tomorrow" and "A Thousand Thou-sand Points of Light. The last song comes from President Presi-dent George Bush's inaugural ad dress and features a recording of that portion of his speech and slides of the president. The 14 songs will be performed with full orchestration and costuming. The public is invited, and there is no charge for admission. |
