Show NOTICE OK TRUSTEE'S SALE The following described property W'U be sold at public auction to the highest bidder on the 23rd day of June, 1992, at 10:00 a.m. at the east main door of the Davis County Justice Complex Com-plex located at 800 West State, Farm-ington, Farm-ington, Davis County, Utah, for the purpose of foreclosing a Trust Deed executed ex-ecuted by Bryan C. Bauerle and Elisa D. Bauerle, as Trustor, in favor of Utah Housing Finance Agency, as Beneficiary, which Trust Deed was recorded March 10, 1989 as Entry No. 851747, in Book 1281, at Page 1 150, of the official records of the Davis County Recorder, covering real property located at 666 North 300 East, Kays-ville, Kays-ville, in Davis County, State of Utah, and more particularly described as follows: All of Lot 49, FAIRFIELD FARM ESTATES No. 2, Kaysville City, Davis County, Utah, according to the official plat thereof. Notice of Default was recorded February 21, 1992 as Entiy No. 959529, in Book 147;, at Page 594, of said official records. Successor Trustee will sell at public pub-lic auction to the highest bidder, in cash, payable in lawful money of the United States, at the time of sale, without warranty as to title, possession, posses-sion, or encumbrances, the above-described above-described property, for the purpose of ?aying obligations secured by said rust Deed, including without limitation limi-tation fees, charges, and expenses of Successor Trustee, and advances, if any, under the terms of said Trust Deed.
