Show NOTICE OF SALE OF DAVIS COUNTY SURPLUS PROPERTY Notice is hereby given that Davis County will sell a parcel of property by sealed bid to the highest bidder. Sealed bids must be filed with Ralph Wilcox, Davis County Property Manager, Davis i - County Courthouse, 28 East State Street, Room 218, Farmington, Utah, , 84025, on or before 5:00 p.m., March 24, 1992. Bids will be opened at 10:00 ; a.m., March 25, 1992, in Room 126, ! Davis County Courthouse. The property is 9.56 acres in size and is bounded on the north and northwest by the Davis Park Golf Course, on the southwest by Highway 106, on the south by property owned by Douglas Russell, and on the east by property owned by Darrell B. Brady. Terms of the sale are as follows: Davis County will require a $500 'good faith" deposit to be included with each sealed bid. Please include in your bid, proposed terms and conditions for payment of the balance of the purchase pur-chase price. Each bid envelope must include in-clude a proposed development plan.
