Show Ercell L Sell Ercell Lowell Sell, 78, died Dec. 15, 1991 at his home in Bountiful. Born March 20, 1913 in Silver City, Iowa to Lowell I. and Ruth Mae Williams Sell. Married Deltha Haack June 1, 1939 in Salt Lake City. Ercell is a retired employee of United Airlines in passenger services ser-vices and sales. His 31 years with United were in ml served a stake mission. With his wife he served a full-time mission in San Diego (1981-82). Active in Boy Scouts of America for 20 years. Survived by his wife of Bountiful; Boun-tiful; two sons, a daughter and their spouses, Richard Ercell and Susan Sell, Hong Kong; Beverly Jean and Norman Dobson, St. George; Gary Lowell and Karen Sell, Highland; 16 grandchildren and three greatgrandchildren; great-grandchildren; brothers and sisters, Geneva and Walter Phelps, Arizona; Maxine and Bernard Roenfeldt, Dale Sell, Vern and Helen Sell, Duane and Ruth Sell, Ed and Betty Sell, all of Iowa; and Floyd and Mary Sell, Nebraska. Funeral services were held Dec. 18 at the Bountiful 48th Ward Chapel. Interment was in the Wasatch Wa-satch Lawn Memorial Park. Salt Lake City and Chicago, B-linois. B-linois. He was an accomplished wood carver. Veteran of World War II, U.S. Army. Active in the LDS Church, serving serv-ing as bishop of the University Ward in Chicago, where he also |
