Show RE-NO UCE OF TRUSTEE'S SALE Notice was given of a Trustee's Sale scheduled for December 20, 1991 at 4:00 p.m. at the north front door of the Davis County Courthouse, 50 East State Street, Farmington, Davis County, Utah, for the purpose of foreclosing the Trust Deed executed by Albert R. Peterson and Peggy Peterson, husband and wife, as trustors, in favor of Moun-tainwest Moun-tainwest Savings and Loan, as beneficiary, covering the real and personal per-sonal property more particul arly described: All of Lot 27, NEWPORT HAVEN SUBDIVISION NO 4 in the city of West Point, Davis County, Utah, according to the official plat thereof, and more commonly known as 200 North 1800 West, West Point, Utah 84015. Said sale has been rescheduled and is now to be held on January 31, 1992, at 4:00 p.m., at the north front door of the Davis County Courthouse, 50 East State Street, Farmington, Utah, for the purpose of foreclosing a Trust Deed executed by Albert R. Peterson and Peggy Peterson, husband hus-band and wife, as Trustors, in favor of Mountain west Savings and Loan, as beneficiary, covering real property situated in Davis County, State of Utah, and more particularly described as: All of Lot 27, NEWPORT HAVEN SUBDIVISION NO. 4, in the city of West Point, Davis County, Utah, according to the official plat thereof. and more commonly known as 200 North 1800 West, West Point, Utah 84015.
