Show of Utah, and more particularly described describ-ed as follows: EXHIBIT "A" All of Unit 29, PARK PLACE CONDOMINIUM, as the same is defined and established estab-lished and identified on the 4 'Record of Survey Map of PARK PLACE," recorded in the office of the Davis County Recorder on July 26, 1979, as Entry No. 539292 in Book 782, Page 35 of Official Records, and in the Declaration and By-Laws By-Laws of PARK PLACE CONDOMINIUM, CON-DOMINIUM, recorded July 26, 1979 as Entry No. 539293 in Book 782, Pages 36 to 77, inclusive, of Official Records. TOGETHER WITH an undivided un-divided interest in the Common Area for each unit, as the same is established and identified in the Map and Declaration referred re-ferred to hereinabove; TOGETHER WITH AND SUBJECT to Easements through said Unit, Appurtenant to the Common Area, and all other units for the support and repair of each Unit, of the Common Area, and all other Units; SUBJECT TO the provisions of the Utah Condominium Ownership Act, the aforesaid "Declaration," the aforesaid "Survey Map,' and all rules, regulations and agreements lawfully made andor entered into pursuant to the provisions of the aforesaid Act and Declaration and all easements, conditions and restrictions of record.
