Show Ralph H. Christiansen LAYTON-Ralph H. Christiansen, Chris-tiansen, 69, died Monday Nov. 27, 1989. He was born May 14, 1920, in Salt Lake City, the son of Kristian John and Rigmor Hensinc Christiansen Chris-tiansen Christiansen. He married Dorothy L. Johansen, May 14, 1950, in Winnemucca, Nev. He had been an aircraft mechanic and foreman in aircraft maintenance at Hill Air Force Base where he retired in 1976 after 25 years of service. ser-vice. He was a graduate of West High School in Salt Lake City. He served with the U.S. Army Air Corps during dur-ing WW II. He was a member of the Layton Fifth Ward. His hobbies included gardening, fishing and hunting. He is survived by his widow of Layton and four daughters, Mrs. John (Sandra) K. Jaussi, Coalville; Mrs. Glenn (Ginger) E. Andersen, Rockville, Md.; Mrs. Greg (Debra) Windley, Sandy; Mrs. Craig (Linda) (Lin-da) Shupe, Citrus Heights, Calif.; 11 grandchildren. Also surviving are three brothers and one sister, Joseph C. Christiansen, Sandy; Gerald L. Christiansen, Provo; Gene Christiansen, S. Jordan; Mrs. Paul (Carol) Bramwell, San Luis Obispo, Calif. Funeral services were held Dec. 7 in the Myers Mortuary Chapel in Layton. Interment in Kaysville Cemetery. In lieu of flowers the family suggests sug-gests contributions may be made to the National Kidney Foundation. |
