McCurley, Jr., of Alabama, a trustee for Kiwanis In-sternational, In-sternational, reported on plans to form a Kiwanis club in Leningrad, Russia. r A program to honor, monthly, an 'unsung hero or heroine was announced an-nounced by Dale Roe.
