Although the hours are long and the pay is "skimpy,"- the list is long on talented people who care enough to go more than just the " "extra mile." For instance, Mr, Cable guides and directs our "student body officers offi-cers through the perils of politics. There's Pat Sawley, who leads our cheerleaders and Barbara Mordue who has everyone taking notice of our snappy drill team. Thanks also goes, to Marilyn Taylor and Louise Gunther who manage the largest and most disciplined pep club in the world (no, that is not a misprint..the world!) Now add Neil Hendricksen and his Madrigals and ' i great Concert ChoirJ throw in the reason behind our spectacular V drama department, Bonnie Hobbs-' and Sheila Price, and you begin to understand our excitement over our ' extras " . , . Don't forget the Booster Club, under the direction of Don and Karen Gurr, or our PTSA president, that "Eighth r Wonder of the Wildcats,' ' Mary Ann Watson. How about the AP department? ' These are the teachers, bordering on genius, who inspire the finest academicians aca-demicians onto ever greater heights. How about the year book staff, the "makers of memorabilia," led by Katie Kilpatrick, Ellen Litster and DarylTeeples. j If you're watching your waistline, beware of the cafeteria, because the delicious confections cooked up by Luan Hixon will ruin your diet Have you ever wondered : why Woods Cross is so immaculate all the time?; No, we don't have "hall monitors we have the best custodians, Mark Vallace and Jim Eggett.
