Skoy has received a call to serve The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in the Virginia Roanoke Mission. She has grown up in the Bountiful Boun-tiful area and attended Ricks College. Col-lege. Melanie is the daughter of Dennis Skoy, Idaho Falls, Ida. and Lee Phipps, Bountiful.
