Show NOTICE OF TRUSTEE'S SALE The following described property will be sold at public auction to the highest bidder on the 3rd day of November, 1988 at 11:00 A.M. at, the North front door of the Davis County Court House at Farmington, Utah in the County of Davis, by SECURITY TITLE COMPANY, as Trustee under the Deed ofTrust made by RICHARD FORDHAM THIRKILL and HILMA THIRKILL, his wife, as Trustors, and recorded October 12, 1976 as Entry No. 444722 in Book 620 at pages 135 of the Official Records of Davis County, Utah, given to secure an indebtedness in favor of CLEARFIELD STATE BANK (now owned and held by COMMUNITY COM-MUNITY FIRST BANK) by reason of the breach of certain obligations secured se-cured thereby. Notice of Default was recorded June 21, 1988 as Entry No. 828620 in Book 1241 at page 961 of said Official Records. Re-cords.
