Coun-. ty Courthouse, State and Main Streets, Farmington, Utah, on the 21st day of October, 1988, at 1:00 o'clock p.m., of said day: Situated in the County of Davis, State of Utah, more particularly described as follows: Beginning at a point 7.50 rods North of the Southwest corner of Block 19, Plat A, Farmington Townsite Survey, and running thence North 3.75 rods; thence . East 11.25 rods; thence South 3.75 rods; thence West 11.25 rods to the point of beginning. Commonly known as 330 North 100 East, Farmington, Utah 84025. The Trust Deed being foreclosed by these non-judicial trust deed foreclosure foreclo-sure proceedings is dated January 29, 1986, and was executed by GERHARD STRACKE and ORALIA STRACKE, husband and wife, as Trustor, and in favor of WESTERN MORTGAGE AND LOAN CORPORATION, the present Beneficiary.
