Show NOTICE OF TRUSTEE'S SALE The following described property will be sold at public auction to the highest bidder, payable in lawful money of the United States of America at the time of sale, said sale to be conducted con-ducted July 15, 1988, at 10:30 a.m., at the North Entrance Steps of the county courthouse, located at State Street and Main Street in Farmington, Davis County, State of Utah, by First Security Secur-ity Bank of Utah, National Association, Associa-tion, as SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE under the deed of trust dated March 23, 1979, executed by Lynn R. Cook and Carol Ann Cook, as TRUSTOR, to Kay M. Lewis, Attorney, as TRUSTEE TRUS-TEE in favor of Murray First Thrift and Loan Co., a Utah corporation, as BENEFICIARY, BE-NEFICIARY, securing a note in the original amount of Eighty Four Thousand Six Hundred Ninety Six and 23100 Dollars ($84,696.23). Said deed of trust was recorded March 27, 1979, as Entry Number 526527, in Book 759, at Page 543 et seq., of the official records re-cords in the Office of the County Recorder Re-corder of Davis County, State of Utah, and covering the following described real property: All of Lot 43, Plat E, ISLAND VIEW SUBDIVISION, a part of Section 17, Township 2 North, Range 1 East, Salt Lake Meridian, Meri-dian, in the city of Centerville, County of Davis, State of Utah, according to the official plat thereof.
