Mr. Antrim (eels that she was an innovator and leader in the field of women's liberation when the consciousness of women's rights was only the beginning of an idea. The play is not an historical study of her life, but a study of the impulses that led her to her work. The director of "Sceptre and Crown" is Ralph E. Margetts of the Department of Theatre. Dr. Margetts has many credits to his name, most recently, last year's successful production of "Plaza Suite" on the Pioneer Memorial Theatre Main Stage. Dr. Margetts feels that new plays such as "Scepter and Crown" offer a new and exciting experience for both the actors and the director. It is a chance for the artist to be his most creative. Cast in "Sceptre and Crown" are Vicki Anderson as Susan B. Anthony, An-thony, Claudia Archuleta as Guelam Anthony Susan's sister, Marie Mathay as her mother, and Robert Antrim as Susan's father Daniel Anthony. Also included in the cast are John Vereeke, Tom Chapman, Dorothy Antrim, George DelHoyo, Mike Lueders, Neil Early, Roger Salazar, Dan Richter, Laurene Andrus, Christine David, Vicki Carlisle, Christina Holt, and Siri Tuttle. Performances will be at 8 p.m. in the Babcock Theatre Oct. 31 through Nov. 4. A matinee is scheduled for Nov. 4 at 2 p.m. Tickets are available at the PMT Box Office.
