Show New library colled, KM Ihi includes medicalti The University Marriott Library has acquired the Martin Levey book collection, one of the larger Arabic science collections in the country. The collection includes books and manuscripts on all of the sciences and medicine known to man through the 14th Century. The assortment of material includes 3,000 books, 5,000 offprints, and 1,000 microfilmed manuscripts in German, Arabic and French. Some texts not seen for decades are in the collection. The material was collected by the late Dr. Martin Levey, professor of the history ofecience at New York University (Albany).
