State, county and local candidates candi-dates along with representatives of the Presidential candidates will speak Wednesday at the Candidates Candi-dates Fair in the Union Ballroom. "The purpose of the fair is twofold," two-fold," said Tom Whitney, chairman chair-man of the fair. "1) to orient the students stu-dents with Participation 72 and 2) to allow them to get acquainted with the candidates." The fair will be sponsored by Participation 72 and the Hinckley Institute of Politics and will be held from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. "The fair should be colorful and lively," Whitney said. The candidates candi-dates have been asked to help decorate the ballroom with campaign camp-aign posters; J. D. Williams, professor pro-fessor of political science and director direc-tor of the Hinckley Institute, will act as moderator; Sunshade and Rain will present its musical talents at 11 and 12; and state senate and legislature candidates will have booths set up throughout the area during the entire fair. Garrit Steenblik, a member of Participation 72, claims, "There will not be so many candidates in one place again between now and November."
