S., says Dr. Wald Our nation's undertakings in Vietnam are causing scars in our lives which will remain and inflict our country. George Wald contended con-tended in Contemporary Issues class, held in the Union Ballroom Thursday. "What we do there, will have repercussions here," commented Dr. Wald about the U.S. involvement in-volvement of Vietnam. He also expressed concern about the fact that Americans are uninformed about the war. "War is not stopping, it's just going on technologically." "Americans are being trained to look at these things as being right," he said of the injustices that go on in Vietnam Prisons and also in the U.S. Bombing North Vietnam is continuing right now, which he compared with the judicial mars in courts of America. He also said that the "people have a tendency to sweep it under the rug", concerning con-cerning the problems of today. What we have to do is to reposess our country," said Dr. Wald.
