Show We feel that a special thanks should be given to the Associated Students of the O University of Utah Executive Council, Apportionment Board, Finance Board the O administration and specifically; specifi-cally; Randy Dryer, Jerry W Jensen, and Glen Moosmen, iT for putting their priorities in J the right order and financing III the Contemporary Issues class. It is true that the class is expensive, but it is invaluable in-valuable in the education of the students of the University. Univer-sity. The class has accomplished two things: (1) it has broadened the horizons and knowledge of contemporary thinking, of ideas emerging across the country that are affecting the country's destiny. des-tiny. (2) it has helped bridge the gap between the downtown down-town community and the University, encouraging communication com-munication and understanding under-standing and love. It is hoped that the general studentbody will take advantage advan-tage of the speakers coming his quarter, realizing that they are being brought to ne'P their liberal education. |
