Show J. D. Williams to speak in Union Thurs. Dr. J.D. Williams, professor of political science and director of the Hinckley Institute of Politics, will speak on "Protests" at noon Thursday in the Union Ballroom. The speech and other activities to be held at that time will be sponsored by the University's chapter of Roteract International. The purpose of the meeting, according to a representative of Roteract, is to "present the other side of protest and to show ways of protest through set-up channels chan-nels such as ASUU." He said that it is meant to attract at-tract both liberal and conservative elements on campus and show them how to protest together in a completely legal manner. All organized groups on campus will be invited to come and participate par-ticipate at the meeting. |
