Justice of the Peace Mel Humphreys Hum-phreys sentenced Ball and Francis to 20 days in the Salt Lake County Jail and Biebau was taken to the Salt Lake County Detention Center because he is a minor. The trio was ordered to serve their sentences sent-ences on the weekends in order to meet their school obligations. Observed Loitering University Security officers observed ob-served Francis loitering around cars parked in the 20 minute zone near the north Union loading dock.
