"Racism in America: The National Na-tional Crisis" will be the topic of a panel discussion today in OSH auditorium at noon. Participants include Dr. J. D. Williams, director of Hinckley Institute of Politics, Dr. Raymond Canning of the department de-partment of Sociology, and Dr. Ar-vo Ar-vo Vanalstyne of the College of Law. Responding to the panel will be ASUU president John Kesler, and Kerry Segel, past president of Students From Abroad. First In Series The panel discussion, which is open to all students, is the first in a series being sponsored by a newly formed group, Action in the Racial Crisis (ARC.) "ARC has been formed since the assassination of Martin Luther King, Jr., to promote his philosophies philoso-phies of non-violent political action and to improve human understanding understand-ing and human relationships," according ac-cording to Pete Grundfosscn, chairman of the new organization.
