Show Bar Riot Repercussions Persist A number of court actions and counter actions are slated as a result re-sult of the July 2nd fracas involving1 involv-ing1 Ethiopian Peace Corps instructors instruc-tors and four or five white patrons of Grogan's Saloon. In a complaint signed by Fassil Aradoum, an Ethiopian victim of an attack Sunday at 1 a.m. at Grogan's Saloon, Frank Holtry is charged with assault and battery. Mr. Holtry has pleaded innocent, and the trial will be held Aug. 18, before City Judge Maurice D Jones. In addition to the above complaint, com-plaint, a Mr. Tadesse Zewdee, also an Ethiopian instructor for the Peace Corps, was charged with the destruction of property in a complaint com-plaint signed July 7th by Don Colette. Mr. Zewdee has also been charged with assault and battery in a complaint signed by Mr. Holtry on July 7th. |
