Fitzgerald, University chapter of the American Society of Civil Engineers En-gineers (ASCE) was presented the most outstanding Civil Engineering En-gineering chapter in the United States Thursday in the Union. President of the ASCE, Earl T. Andrews gave the Robert Rldgeway Award to chapter president Gay Gardiner. Presented annually, the award is given to the student chapter of ASCE which displays the most professionalism and enthusiasm in a collegiate and professional group.
