Show Ballot Theft Trial Set Three persons charged with the theft of about 300 ballots in the recent ASUU final elections will be tried Monday by the Student Stu-dent Regulations Committee, according to Bruce Hancey, Elections Elec-tions Committee chairman. Subpoenas have been served to the persons charged by the Executive Council for tampering with the elections. Hancey stated that their hearings may be four days after they have been notified in writing of the charges against them. Persons who committed other election violations, such as voting more than once or voting without an activity card, will receive subpoenas thiswe ek, said Hancey. All persons who admitted to election infractions in an attempt to void the elections will be put on trial by the Student Regulations Committee May 8. |
