Show Fairfield Investigating Increased Curriculum FAIRFIELD, Conn. (LP.) Members of the Academic Seminar, Semi-nar, part of the Fairfield University Uni-versity Seminars, a series of discussions organized by the Student Government, are engaged en-gaged in discussing the possibilities possi-bilities of a new curriculum which would give the student greater breadth of choice in all spheres of study. THERE WOULD, also, be more freedom in choosing courses throughout their four years. Other motions under consideration consid-eration by the group include one to allow each professor to have the right to exempt students from final examination in his course if they have maintained an A average throughout the semester for that course. ALSO, A motion that no estimates esti-mates Will be sent out at midterm mid-term except when a student is failing a course, a third motion that a listing be posted each spring semester of the professors and the elective courses they will be teaching in the fall semester, were discussed. |
