Show NOTICE TO WATER USERS The following applications have been filed with the State Engineer to change or appropriate appropri-ate water in Beaver County, State of Utah, throughout the entire year, unless otherwise designated. All locations are from SLB&M. To Change: a-2912 Alden Hadley, Mil-ford, Mil-ford, Ut. proposes to change the place of use of 1.114 sec. -ft. of water under a right evidenced by Underground - water Claim No. 10285. The water was diverted di-verted from a well at a point N. 1359 ft. and W. 353 ft. 'from Sl4 Cor. Sec. 5, T29S, R10W, and used from Apr. 1 to Sept. 30 as a supplemental supply to irrigate ir-rigate 60 acres in NEW, SV2-NW14 SV2-NW14 said Sec. 5, and for year-round year-round incidental stock-watering purposes. Hereafter, it is proposed to divert 1.114 sec. -ft. of water from a 14-in. well, 84 ft. deep at a point N.' 1359 ft. and W. 353 ft. from SVi Cor. Hereafter, it is proposed to divert 1.25 sec.-ft. of water from a 14-in. well bet. 100 and 300 ft. deep at a point S. 1310 ft. and W. 50 ft. from NE Cor. Sec. 32, T28S, R10W. The water is to be used during the same period per-iod and for the same purposes as heretofore. a-3074 D. E. Kirk, Milford, Ut. proposes to change the point of diversion and place of use of 1.1 sec.-ft. of water under a right initiated by Application No. 11917. The water was to have been diverted from a 12-in. well at a point S. 25 ft. and E. 2682 ft. from NW Cor. Sec. 6. T28S, R10W, and used from Mar, 1 to Oct. 31 to irrigate 80 acres in NV2NEV4 said Sec. 6, and for year-round incidental domestic and stock - watering purposes. ' Hereafter, it is proposed to divert 1.1 sec.-ft. of water from a 16-in. well bet. 300 and 500 ft. deep at a point S. 50 ft. and I E. 50 ft. from NW Cor. Sec. 7, I T28S, R10W, and used from Mar. 1 to Oct. 31 as a supplemental supple-mental supply to irrigate 320 -acres in WV2 Sec. 7. T28S. R10W, and for year-round incidental inci-dental domestic and stock-watering purposes. NE Cor. Sec. 2, T20S,, RHW. The water is to be used from Apr. 1 to Oct. 15 to irrigate 86 acres in NVNEVi said Sec. 2, and for year-round domestic and stock-watering purposes. Protests resisting the granting grant-ing of any of the foregoing applications ap-plications with reasons therefor, there-for, must be made in affidavit form with extra copy and filed with the State Engineer, 403 State Capitol, Salt Lake City 14, Utah, on or before.
