Show FADS AND FASHIONS By Dorothy Vestal Of all the rules which make clothes look right (and one which should never defy), is this outstanding out-standing one: Analyze each new fashion in relation to your own type to see whether it does something some-thing for or against you. Raglan sleeves, which taper to nothing below the elbow, add no bulk to the waistline. If you desire de-sire to look taller and slimmer, wear this long, narrow, and tight-sleeve tight-sleeve either set in or cut in. The cover-up look is a new trend far superior to the bare, after-five after-five fashion of a year ago. The fads so far this year in M. H. S. are plaid dresses, peg skirts, jersey blouses, and silk shirts. The styles the students are portraying portray-ing are very much in fashion this year. It shows that students are beginning to show a little more improvement in their dressing. |
