Show GREENVILLE PIONEER DIES AT AGE OF 80 George Easton, 80, lifetime resident of Greenville, passed away at the family home in Greenville Saturday, shortly before be-fore midnight, of a lingering illness ill-ness following a paralytic stroke. Mr. Easton was born March 10, 1870, at Greenville, a son of Robert and "Agnes Miller Easton. East-on. He married Grace Thompson Thomp-son of Greenville. Mrs. Easton preceded him in death, August 15, 1925. He is survived by one daughter, daugh-ter, Miss Georgia Easton of Greenville, and two brothers, William J. Easton of Beaver and Lorenzo Easton of Milford. Funeral services were conduced con-duced Wednesday at 2 p. m. in the Greenville L D S Ward chapel, directed by- Bishop James Williams. Prior to the services friends called at the home of Lawrence Thompson, where the body lay in state. Burial was in the Greenville cemetery, under direction of the Southern Utah Funeral Home of Beaver. |
