The 40th anniversary of the Boy Scouts of America will be observed Feb. 6 to 12 in every part of the nation by more than 2,300,000 boys and adult leaders. "Strengthen Liberty" is the birthday theme. The Boy Scouts' "Crusade to Strengtb-en Strengtb-en the Arm of Liberty" continues con-tinues through 1950. During Boy Scout Week, Units 4 will hold "Crusade Night meetings when 1949 Crusade Awards will be presented. pre-sented.
