THE STATE OF UTAH TO THE SAID DEFENDANTS: You are hereby summoned to appear within twenty days after the service of this summons upon you, if served within the county in which this action is brought; otherwise within thirty days after service, and defend the above entitled action; and in case of your failure so to do, judgment will be rendered against you according to the demand de-mand of the complaint, which has been filed with the Clerk of this Court. This action is brought to recover re-cover a judgment quieting the plaintiffs' title to the followingn described lands and premises situated in Beaver County, State of Utah, to-wit: Beginning at a point 80 rods east and 78 Vz rods north from the southwest corner of Section Sec-tion 12, Township 30 South of Range 10 West, S.L.M., thence west 12 rods; thence north lZVz rods; thence east 15.75 rods; thence south 13 V2 rods; thence west 3.75 rods to the place of beginning and consisting con-sisting of 1.25 acres of land, more or less.
